monitoring company, Soluciones Integrales K Nueve S.A, and have been specifically

instructed to download this application to your cell phone, the application you are about to

purchase WILL BE OF NO USE. That is, it will not fulfill its purpose, which is to provide the

necessary tools to generate an early warning of specific events (preconfigured as such by

customers), always to third parties other than the developer and owner of this application.

The above statement is of essential importance considering that this application is a tool that

links its user to a natural or legal person that provides a remote monitoring service for events

defined and activated by the user. If the latter does not exist, the event will not be received or

responded to by anyone, making it impossible to respond to. Therefore, the user of this

application will not be assisted when an event is submitted.

This app is intended to be downloaded once and in perpetuity. Anyone who downloads the

app will do so directly from the app store corresponding to the smartphone's operating

system. Once downloaded, lifetime access to downloading enhancement updates will be

granted free of charge.

2- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The developer and owner of this application limits its liability EXCLUSIVELY to the proper

functioning of the application. It is not directly or indirectly responsible for the functioning of

the connections used by the smartphone (Internet, Intranet, Telephony, etc.).

Likewise, the developer and owner of this application is not responsible for any actions or

omissions attributable to the remote alarm monitoring company chosen by the user or client.

The indication of those responsible for the articulation of this application is effective simply

because they have event management systems compatible with the functions of the

aforementioned systems. However, this cannot be construed as an extension of the

responsibility of said companies with respect to the developer and owner of this application.

The developer and owner of this application will not be responsible for any actions or

omissions attributable to public or private security forces that may be activated as a result of

an event alert.

3- COMPATIBILITY WITH EVENT MONITORING COMPANIES:

For this application to connect with the remote alarm monitoring company, PRIOR verification

is required. The purchaser must be an active customer of Soluciones Integrales K Nueve S.A.

If you are not a customer, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APPLICATION, as it WILL NOT WORK nor fulfill its purpose.

4- ACCESS TO YOUR LOCATION:

This security app has the ability to access your location (as long as the user accepts location

access permissions). This feature is vitally important because when the user reports an

emergency event, their location will be sent so the security service provider can locate them

and provide appropriate assistance. By reporting an event, the user can view the location sent

to the monitoring center.
